The producer
Situated in the tiny village of Crecchio a small town between the Majella mountain and the Adriatic sea, at the shadow of the ancient castle in the Abruzzo region, this highly acclaimed estate was established in 2007. In this environment two young brothers, Antonio and Luigi Ulisse, wanted to ensure continuity to the family farm started from their grandfather Antonio but with their mind focused on the future. Along with the expert guidance of visionary winemaker Vittorio Festa, one of Abruzzo’s most esteemed winemaking talents and the two visionary brothers Antonio and Luigi, Tenuta Ulisse has emerged into the international limelight as a great success story in a region that, for many years, was locked in a standard winemaking holding pattern.
