Only a part of the production, that is left to age for four years in oak barrels are destined to become Brunello docg whereas the other part becomes Montalcino doc, after a year or so of aging. Even the thinning in the bottles is carefully controlled after a few months. Contains sulphites. Produced by Capanna di Cencioni - Società Agricola s.s. - Loc.
