Marzemino Letrari 2018

The vine Marzemino Gentile is autochthonous of the area around Rovereto. It is a red ruby wine with violet reflections, that combine the good scent (intense and delicate like the violet) with a sapid taste, full, dry and harmonious, with a little bitter aftertaste. The Marzemino, remembered by Mozart in his famous opera "Don Giovanni", today is protected by a cooperative of producer that give to the wine typicality and quality. It is wine made and kept in steel tanks and refined in bottle. This Marzemino is made with the best selection of grape of the wineyards. Contains sulphites. Produced by Letrari Soc. Agr. ss - Via Monte Baldo, 13/15 - 38068, Rovereto (Tn) - Italy.

The producer

This winery was established in the '70s by Leonello Letrari, helped by his wife Maria Vittoria, after a long good experience in other well-known wineries of the area. Today in charge of the winery are the sons, while Leonello has an advisor role. The 22 hectares of vineyards are located in different areas with different climatic conditions. The winery has been recently renewed and equipped with modern structures.

This wine is good with white and red meats and goes very well with haromatic and full tasted meals.

To serve at 18° C in crystal and plain glasses.

Keep the bottles in a horizontal position in a cool and dark place.
