THE REVIEW OF TRENTO D.O.C. RISERVA CARLO V MAS DEI CHINI
The producer
The history of the “Mas dei Chini” winery is the story of a family, the Chini, with a passion for wine and products from the Trentino area. A story that began more than a century ago, in 1906, in Segno, a small village in the Val di Non. Today Mas dei Chini is a consolidated wine-growing reality, which extends for 20 hectares on the hills around Trento, where the climate mild and rich and gravelly soils give wines appreciated throughout Italy. The flagship of the company is the nineteenth-century Maso surrounded by 7 hectares of land planted with vines. It is here that the grapes from the various vineyards are processed and it is always here that the precious bottles of Trento DOC rest and are stored.
